Daniel O Stearns, EA, USTCP, LTC 

Daniel Stearns is An Enrolled Agent with the IRS and a Licensed Tax Consultant with the state of Oregon.  He is one of only a handful of non-attorneys that have been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He has successfully represented clients before the US Tax Court as well as the Magistrate division of the Oregon Tax Court. He been preparing tax returns for businesses, individuals, estates and non profits for many years.  He has taught tax classes to tax professionals on the local, state and national levels. He has served on the board of the Oregon Society of Enrolled agents and has a bachelor’s degree in business management. When he is not working, he enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with his four children. He is fluent in Spanish.

Mariluz J. Reyes De Stearns, EA, LTC, CAA

Mariluz is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, a Licensed Tax Consultant, as well as a Certified Acceptance Agent.  She loves helping and defending others. She enjoys the opportunities to serve her community. Besides speaking English, Spanish and some Mixtec she can translate tax lingo into a language  her clients can understand.  Although she enjoys helping others through tax service, her true joy comes from raising her four children.

Angela Horst, EA, LTC

Angela is an Enrolled Agent (IRS) and Licensed Tax Preparer (OR) . She has an Associates degree from Clackamas Community College. She enjoys spending time with her family and their pets, and is kept pretty busy with obligations to family, work, church, and volunteering.

Jana Clark

Jana earned a Bachelors Degree at Brigham Young University. She enjoys trying and learning new things. Jana is very organized and her family often teases her about her constant list making. She spends many hours in service to others. Jana is the mother of six wonderful children. She learned Spanish in Argentina years ago and is excited to improve her Spanish.
