Daniel O. Stearns, EA, USTCP, LTC 

Daniel Stearns is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, as well as a  Licensed Tax Consultant with the State of Oregon. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Daniel is privileged to be one of the few non-attorneys in Oregon to be admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Daniel has been preparing tax returns for businesses, individuals, estates and non profits professionally for over 12 years. He has successfully represented clients before the US Tax Court, including the Magistrate Division of the Oregon Tax Court. Involving himself in the tax community, Daniel serves on the board of the Oregon Society of Enrolled Agents, and frequently teaches professionals at tax seminars within local, state and national levels.

In his free time, Daniel enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with his wife & four children. He currently serves on the Canby City Council and enjoys singing in the Canby Alumni Choir. He is fluent in Spanish.

 

Mariluz J. Reyes De Stearns, EA, LTC, CAA

Mariluz J. Reyes de Stearns is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, as well as a Licensed Tax Consultant and Certified Acceptance Agent. She is passionate about assisting and advocating for others within taxes. Mariluz enjoys the opportunity to serve within her community in city committees, faith-centered community activities and family.

She is fluent speaker and writer in English and Spanish, as well as strong communication skills with Mixtec speakers.

In her free time, she enjoys renovating furniture, going outdoors on hikes, garden and spending time with her children. Her favorite dessert is dark chocolate truffles.

 

Angela Horst, EA, LTC

Angela Horst is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and a Licensed Tax Preparer with the state of Oregon. She holds an associates degree from Clackamas Community College and is strong Spanish speaker.

Angela is volunteers in her church, and serves within her community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their pets. She looks forward to meeting you and together develop solutions to your tax situation.

 

Jana Clark, Office Staff

Jana Clarke received a bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University. In her free time, she’s enjoys acquiring additional skills and cultivating new hobbies. Jana is exceptionally organized and her family often teases her for creating lists.

She dedicates numerous hours to serving her family, and faith-centered community. Jana is proud of and loves her six children. An amazing fact about Jana is that she learned Spanish while living in Argentina years ago! She still utilizes her Spanish today.

 

Jan Johnson, Office Staff

In her free time, Jan Johnson loves thrifting with her friends and family while looking for clothing, furniture and etc. She has a keen eye for design and style.

Jan supports her three children in their academics, sports and music. She actively serves in her faith-centered community in their youth programs.
